She qualified as an ACA at Deloitte and brings twenty years of first-hand experience in finance and M&A across the tech, telco, media, and financial services industries in the UK, Europe, and the US.
Catherine has led both large and small finance teams. She is the former Vice President/Finance Director of Depop and led the O2 FP&A team through its merger with Virgin Media. She has advised multiple executive teams on public and private exit processes, delivered finance integrations, and is well-versed in the challenges finance teams face.
